The Kick Ass Class
Lazy Monkey Yogic Arts is a combination of Yogic Calisthenics, Martial Arts conditioning, and Parkour training. This is a very active class that focuses on stamina, headstands, handstands, hand balancing, and more. DO NOT BE AFRAID! This class is for everyone and you do not have to be able to hold a handstand or do backflips to achieve the training!
*Lazy Monkey Yoga Foundations is a prerequisite for this course.
