Three Lazy Monkey Yoga Class Styles
Philip's Yoga is taught as a 60-75 minute long class, although it can be extended to two full hours of stretching, moving meditation, and breathwork. There is a Yin (passive) practice called Lazy Monkey Yoga Foundations. There is also two Yang (active) forms. One is a Vinyasa Yoga Flow and the other is Yogic Calisthenics. Regardless of whether we are being passive or active while practicing we always adhere to the principles of natural movement and gentleness. Philip's style of Yoga is nothing special and the sequences are easy to learn. It's easy to practice on your own and easy to teach. It's based on the simple principle of balance and harmony. Even though the Yoga practice is easy, the meditation and self cultivation can last a lifetime.
