Vedanta Philosophy and Vinyasa Flow Yoga
In this training you will learn the sequencing for the Lazy Monkey Yoga Flow series. This is the equivalent of a Vinyasa Flow Yoga class. This level is very focused on sequencing beginner and intermediate level postures. It will teach new instructors how to choreograph their own flowing practice. There will be a lot of pose breakdown and an introduction to standing postures. When this course is complete a trainee will be able to guide students through a safe and effective intermediate Lazy Monkey Yoga class. You will also be learning Hinduism, Sanskrit, and Vedanta philosophy. Required books for this course are:
